David González – Director
Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has studied international humanitarian aid (NOHA master) at the University of Louvain-La-Neuve, has a Master in Technologies for Smart Cities from the University La Salle of Barcelona and has a Diploma in Business Administration from ThePower Business School. Throughout his professional career, David has lived and worked in Brussels, Banda Aceh (Indonesia) and Barcelona, gaining extensive international experience. He directs the IDHUS Institute and coordinates all its projects and activities.
Camelia Cosma – Responsible for training, administration and finance
She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and a postgraduate degree from the Institute of European Studies of the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). She has extensive professional experience in the management and coordination of business projects, both in the private sector and in NGOs and international organisations (such as Unicef or the European Commission). At IDHUS, Camelia is responsible for the internal administration of our organisation.
Petra Nylund – Head of strategy and technological innovation
Researcher in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Stuttgart. She holds a PhD in Management from IESE Business School and an MSc in Engineering and Management from KTH Stockholm. She has developed strategies as a management consultant and business development manager in the telecommunications sector in Africa, Latin America and Europe. She is currently interested in the development of innovation platforms and ecosystems, and is also an expert in econometric analysis of panel data. Her work has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Business Research, Technovation, The Leadership Quarterly and Journal of Knowledge Management. At IDHUS, Petra is our international strategy manager for all issues related to technological innovation for human development.
Alejandro González – Marketing Director
A specialist in inbound marketing and visual communication, Alejandro has extensive experience in photographic imagery and design applied to the promotion of brands, products, services and people.
At IDHUS, Alejandro is our Marketing Director, responsible for all content related to our media presence, graphic design and the graphic production of our reports, briefings and publications.
Yolanda González – Responsible of documentation and information analysis
Yolanda has a degree in Library Science and a degree in Documentation from the University of Barcelona and has extensive experience in analysing, cataloguing and documenting material. At IDHUS she is responsible for the research of our articles and publications, press releases and media relations.
Jaume Nicolás – Technical Director
An IT specialist, Jaume manages all technical services, the website and the IDHUS infrastructure. He is also responsible for the technical aspects of our projects and coordinates the development of our services and technological infrastructure.
