David González – Director
Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He holds a Master’s degree in Smart Cities from La Salle University and a diploma in Business Administration from ThePower Business School. Throughout his professional career, David has lived and worked in Brussels, Banda Aceh (Indonesia), and Barcelona, acquiring extensive international experience in managing projects and organizations of various kinds.
Camelia Cosma – Head of Training, Administration and Finance
Holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and a postgraduate degree from the Institute of European Studies at the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). She has extensive professional experience in the management and coordination of business projects, both in the private sector and in NGOs and international organizations (such as UNICEF in Banda Aceh and the European Commission).
Petra Nylund – Head of Strategy and Technological Innovation
Researcher in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Stuttgart. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from IESE Business School and a degree in Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. She has developed strategies as a management consultant and business development director in the telecommunications sector across Africa, Latin America, and Europe. She is currently focused on the development of platforms and innovation ecosystems and is also an expert in econometric analysis of panel data. Her work has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Business Research, Technovation, The Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of Knowledge Management.
Alejandro González – Marketing Director
Specialist in inbound marketing and visual communication, Alejandro has extensive experience in photographic imagery and design applied to the promotion of brands, products, services, and people.
At IDHUS, Alejandro serves as our Marketing Director, responsible for all media-related content, graphic design, and the visual production of our reports, briefings, and publications.
Yolanda González – Head of Documentation and Information Analysis
Yolanda holds a degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Barcelona and has extensive experience in the analysis, cataloging, and documentation of materials. At IDHUS, she is responsible for researching our articles and publications, press releases, and media relations.
Jaume Nicolás – Technical Director
An IT specialist, Jaume manages all technical services, the website, and the infrastructure of IDHUS. He is also responsible for the technical aspects of our projects and coordinates the development of our technological infrastructure and services.
