Funded by the European Youth Foundation (EYF) and coordinated by the NGO RESPECT Refugees, the project has consisted in the development of an educational training for members and volunteers of youth and civil organizations in Professional Skills to help them improve their skills in the management of social and international projects in Europe. The training has been delivered online on a new platform created to facilitate access to the course from all over Europe, using new technologies and increasing the effectiveness of the subjects taught during the 6 months of the project. The training material has been created and delivered in English for candidates from all COE member states.
