Funded by the European Commission’s Leonardo da Vinci programme and carried out under our former name RESPECT Refugees, this project aimed to work with trainers, advisors and consultants who have a professional role in supporting the retention and combating the drop-out of students and learners from immigrant communities in statutory and higher education (mainly 14-19 year olds). The project shared and exchanged tools, strategies, good practices and experiences between different EU organisations and partners, focusing on the role of migrant students’ education and training in the integration process, in Italy, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain and the UK (Project Id 2011-1-IT1-LEO04-01767 4).
